For the upcoming Songkran festival, Thai Smile Airways would like to recommend travelers on how to beat the large turnout at airports.
You can choose Online Check-in for increased convenience via Thai Smile’s mobile application or its website www.thaismileair.com. If you have baggage to load, you can check your baggage at the special Internet Check-in counter.
Those traveling to the airport via the Airport Rail Link can choose the City Check-in at the Thai Smile Customer Service Center at the Phayathai Airport Rail Link Station.
Once you’ve checked-in, make sure you’ve prepared enough extra time to beat the crowds going to the airport during the festival period. Passengers have the alternative of using mass transit to the airport such as taxis or the Airport Rail Link.
- The Online Check-in via the mobile application or www.thaismileair.com can be carried out 24 hours before the flight and up until 3 hours before flight time.
- The City Check-in at the Thai Smile Customer Service Center at the Phayathai Airport Rail Link Station is for passengers who do not have baggage to load and is available from 6 AM-7 PM (only for the period from April 8-17, 2016).
